We’re always keen to know about you if you might want to join our team.

The right person will have an enthusiasm for the outdoors, especially climbing and a desire to work amongst people. They will be comfortable conversing with children and professional adults alike and will also able to communicate warmth and engender trust. They won’t necessarily have all the qualifications under the sun, but will have a thirst to learn and take part in our excellent staff development package. They will hold themselves well and be able to present a professional image across a range of circumstances.

Cafe Supervisor (30-35 hours per week)
